I offer Lancashire Portrait Photography sessions in my lovely studio. As well as offering family portraiture, I offer the chance for children to have fun with a bit of messy play involving cake, glitter, confetti and paint. It is such a great way to photograph them having fun and the sessions are perfect for birthdays and to capture the next milestone.
This time, it was Ellis’ turn…and this doubles up as A Mother’s Dream#2. Week 3!
Ellis is 4! I have no idea where the time has gone!
We all say it about our children…”he has grown into the most caring, cheeky little boy and makes us laugh every day”… and well, it really is true. Yes, he has his days of pouting, shouting and teasing his sister until she hits him, but don’t we all! We are all biased about our own, but I really do think this kid will go far, whether it’s on his travels or in his career I think he’ll be ok! In the past he has wanted to be a bus driver, Santa or a gardener when he grows up, but now he wants to be a bin man!
Ellis is so interested in what goes on in the studio and will always ask me what session it is when he sees me setting up. He loves it when it is a sparkle session with glitter or the confetti sessions as this means only one thing to Ellis. Extra brushing up!
My Paint Smash Sessions are for all ages. I think the younger they are the more mess they make, but I could be wrong! Ellis was quite precise with his painting and you could really see the concentration on his face. He loved it in his toes.
