Oh little Max!
What a delight you are! You are so loved by your big brother and sister, and there was me worried about if you’d ‘fit’ in with the other two.
Would they like you? Play with you? Accept you? I wish I hadn’t been so worried. They LOVE you! And you like nothing more than interacting and yelling at them!
So I am a little late when it comes to blogging but one little beauty with Lockdown is that I can slowly but surely catch up, a little! So here is Max at 6 months when he’d been having the odd first tastes of food and seems to like it all at the moment. (I know how that can change with Ellis and Quinn!) In these photos, Max had only really began to sit unaided so Dan was close by incase he leant a little too far one way and decided that face planting the floor was the only option! He’s two months older than this now and he is pretty sturdy sitting on his own and really good and crawling backwards and going in circles!
It’s around 6 – 8 months that photo shoots are great to capture their new skill of sitting but not crawling. They are also full of expression. If they can’t crawl yet then it makes my job a little easier so I can just concentrate on taking the photos and not trying to catch them!
We’ve been having lots of sensory messy play in lockdown that he has really enjoyed so fingers crossed for a successful cake smash to celebrate his first birthday!
